Wow! Where do I begin! Such an incredible experience working with Cam!! We are pretty tech savvy but had some WiFi & phone service issues we just couldn’t resolve even after working with our providers. Cam was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. Working with ANerd4u while running a busy medical practice was a breath of fresh air: They helped with our network, work stations, EMR system, system access, and hand held devices. One area outside of their scope was upgrading the phone system that they helped with but not responsible for. They came on site and really worked as an advocate for us to make the best choices during the upgrade, they also engaged Comcast, the vendor and our staff to make the change a success. The team is great.
